The GM Diet Plan







The GM diet is a diet designed by GM for employees' diets. Anyone can easily follow a diet because it's not fastidious.

The GM diet is a diet that follows a set diet for a week. If you keep the GM diet for a week with exercise, you can lose about 4 to 9 kilograms. The GM diet may be hard, but you can go on a diet without being hungry because there is no limit to the amount you eat.



The GM Diet plan for 7 days






Day 1   You can eat all fruits except bananas.
Day 2   You can eat all vegetables except potaoes.
Day 3   You can eat all fruits and vegetables except bananas and potatoes.
Day 4   You can eat 8 bananas and 3 cups of low fat milk.
Day 5   You can eat 300 grams of chicken breast and 6 tomatoes.
          Chicken breasts can be replaced by beef.
Day 6   You can eat 300 grams of chicken breast or beef and vegetables.
Day 7   You can brown rice, vegetables and fruits juices.

Overall, the GM diet is not much different from one-food diets, but slightly different every day. Therefore, you can keep diet without getting tired of it.



The precautions of GM diet

1. No alcohol, no sugar and no flour during dieting.
2. Drinking at least 1 liter of water a day
3. After dieting, if you want to start again, eat a light meal for at least 3 days
   and then start again.


The Gm diet is a diet worth a try because it has different diets every day and short periods. However, it is not good for your health to maintain it for a long time, so you need to be careful.
